In addition to providing virtual tours around the North West of England, as we now own a villa in Kalkan Turkey, I can now offer a virtual tour service in the Kalkan / Kas /Fethiye area. Availability is limited but I visit the region 2-3 times per year. A villa tour costs from approx £240 for 5x 360 image interactive virtual tour, or for a fixed fee of £320 (one villa, shot within one working day) an interactive tour including all rooms and several outdoor scenes as required, including integration with a floor plan if provided. Price includes 1 year hosting if required or tour code and images provided so you can host yourself.
We have found prospective clients like the tour, it gives them a much better appreciation of the layout and room size etc. I personally believe it was a major factor to our >95% occupancy achieved in our 1st season renting out (we advertise on ownersdirect and holidaylettings with links to the tours).
